Walking around the gym, I see a lot of misguided attempts at exercise. For some reason, guys think that if they throw on a lot of weight and half-ass it around the room for an hour they’re going to get bigger and more cut.
The same guys that do that usually end up either seriously discouraged or, even worse, injured.

CLOSE GRIP PUSH-UP – This modification to the basic push-up increases the amount of weight that your triceps have to carry. It’s also great for chest-definition.
REVERSE GRIP CHIN-UP – By doing chin-ups with your palms inwards, the biceps get a better workout and your back muscles get stretched out.

It’s always nice to have a great body, but its alot better to have some extra cash to throw around.
Why pay for a pricey gym membership when you could get the same results at home.
CARDIO – Running up a stairs or jumping rope works better than any option at a gym. Skip the treadmill. There’s somewhere near your home that you could run laps and you probably just don’t even know it, ask around and you’ll find out.
