Walking around the gym, I see a lot of misguided attempts at exercise. For some reason, guys think that if they throw on a lot of weight and half-ass it around the room for an hour they’re going to get bigger and more cut.
The same guys that do that usually end up either seriously discouraged or, even worse, injured.
Here are 5 things that a lot of guys just can’t seem to get right in the gym.

How to Train Your Dragon topped the box office with an estimated $43.3 million in its first weekend of release. This was pretty low for an animated feature with 3D presentation and was initially considered a disappointment. Dreamworks stock actually fell in reaction (I’m sure anyone that sold felt stupid after). Word-of-Mouth got more and more people into the cinema ro see this movie making it the sleeper-hit of the year (so far).
As expected a sequel has been planned for release as soon as possible, which is…….2013.

The common consensus when it comes to shaving is to use warm or hot water. The reason for this is that warm water softens the beard and reduced the chance of razor bumps. Other than this, there probably aren’t that many reasons to use heat your water.
