Working out is fun sometimes. It relieves stress and it makes you feel good……most of the time. Sometimes though, it’s a pain in the ass. You only push that last set because you know how badly you want a great physique.
Everyone wishes there were ways to get great results without sacrificing time and restricting diet. Everyone wants to find a silver bullet that would have them looking and performing at their peak always. In fact miracle-diet pills and pseudo-trainers con millions out of hapless people every year.
Very often with friends the discussion turns to ways to “cheat your body” in a sense- put effort in but get ALOT out. Little hacks and cheats in the gym that pump up the results.
Here’s some that I always hear
-Do cardio (jumping jacks, stationary bicyle, treadmill) between lifting weights in order to build muscles and lose fat faster.
-Drink a carefully made beverage with optimal protein and carbs right after working out.
There’s also an exersize that’s known by a small group of athletes and experts that is so potent in terms of strength snd mass building that it could very well be the holy grail of weight-lifting, it’s called the DEADLIFT.
