On Monday Night Raw this week(14th,Sept,2009) the Animal-Batista appeared ro announce a huge decision in his career. After claiming that he was going to retire and then attacking the “predictable” Randy Orton, Batista gave the real news; he confirmed a widespread rumour- Dave Batista has returned to Smackdown…….a bit earlier than expected but there none the less.

So now people have some closure on that……..

Now, it’s time to ask-what role is he going to play on Smackdown? Heres some possibilities….

A) general manager. Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair both turned it down recently.

B) heel-turn. Smackdown is dominated by faces right now.

C) Fued with the Undertaker. They’re both fresh.

R)….as in rated-R. It’s also rumoured that Edge will return by 2010 as a face to feud with Batista.

Whatever happens, it’s good to see that the Animal isn’t retiring anytime soon.
